Shipping Policy

 

After ordering via our Order Form you will receive an invoice via email confirmation from Megatech Ragcutter Machines containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few hours of ordering, and we will send your goods within 1 working day of receipt of payment; however if goods are unavailable, we will communicate before confirming your order as delivery will take a little longer.

Return & Exchange Policy

 

We offer a 12 month return-to-base warranty on our machines.

If necessary we will repair or replace at our discretion. Should you receive your parcel in a damaged condition we would suggest you do not accept the parcel but request they return it back to us for an immediate replacement. Unfortunately items sometimes get damaged in transit, although this has only occurred once in ten years to date. They are made very robust so they last so don't break easily.
